Well done you little tree huggers with your free love

The story: Scourge of the ladette thugs: Rising tide of violent crime committed by young women

Products of single mothers no doubt. Britian is now full of stupid, moronic, tasteless sex-mad little £ arts", bereft of femininity , culture and education. Born of thick single mothers they pose a real threat to society. Send MORE of them to prison.
- idiopath, Newcastle

We had the odd girl at school who was rough and ready, but most of us were brought up to behave a girls. These days girls are rough, drunkards and tarts. Well done you little tree huggers with your free love, too much freedom and no discipline produces trash like this.
- Karen, ex pat USA,

The number of women appearing in court has gone up but the number of women jailed has gone down. That's blatant favouritism by a female home secretary.
- JM, Doncaster

It's hardly surprising that some young girls and women behave in such a manner, espeically when the media glorify the "Ladette" behaviour of celebraties such as Amy Winehouse, Kerry Katona, Lilly Allen and Girls Aloud. The parents are also to blame.
- Liz, Hannover, Germany

It all started from naive feminists' rights, with obsession for "equality" for women, when women forgot that their happiness consists in looking after their families and husbands, not in being emancipated. The new "rights" encouraged women to be aggressive while these same "rights" started suppressing men. Today, we have a new generation of girls whose mums abhor the notion of dedication to family and love, and the media making the situation even worse. Most politicians are themselves obsessed with the new artificial liberal "equality", which makes family life and male/female relationship worse and worse. No one has boldness to challenge all this non-sense openly because they will immediately get ruthless condemnation by politically correct bullies in authority. Now, with the election of Barak Obama, the things are expected to progress even further. More widespread moral corruption to come. We really need Messiah to save us from this terrible mess we are already in. WE NEED HELP!!!
- Alex S, London, UK

National disgrace. Just what is this nation thinking! Heroes at The Somme and Dunkirk now ladettes in Essex! They would have rolled in their graves if they were lucky enough to have had one! Its all Kinnocks fault I say for giving our once great nation the hopeless hope of voting for Blair. What a waste of space I say. Vote for Cameron and save our nation!
- john mitosis, ruchmond

I blame it on the Spice Girls for their promotion of "girl power".
- Tony, Tower Hamlets. London

Women get away with crime in UK! Why? Why is it that women don't get the punishment for the same crime as men do? Too many Radical Feminists in the government ... UK is now very sexist and discriminates against males it's slowly turning in to Female Taliban State...
- Tony, London

I feel like crying for my daughters future in this country. We can't get out - we are stuck in this black hole called 'Great' Britain. Kids now run this country knowing that they are untouchable. The case study shown of the 14 year old girl - given just 8 years in a youth offender centre - what! For killing someone.!! Recently it has been shown that a bottle of wine is worth more than a life!! And all Gordon Brown and his cronies can do is offer up massive bailouts for banks and the car industry whilst this country is on its knees. My poor country and my poor daughter - having to grow old in a once great nation that is now a crime haven
- sp, Sussex

Bring back the birch. Ask the Isle of Man justice system when they used it. No repeat offenders then. But now there is no deterrent.
- pj, Peterborough

Twenty years ago we all laughed at Harry Enfield and Kathy Bates' portrayal of "The Slobs". They got it so right except The Slobs stayed together as a couple. Other than that I'd say they were bang on the money.
- Snefu, Peterborough

This one just gets the Oscar for the best worst airbrushing!

The column: Should Kate Winslet win an Oscar for the world's most irritating actress? BY LIZ JONES

The caption: Dressing too young for her age? Are tight fitting outfits like this one Kate's way of keeping up with younger actresses?

For once I agree wholeheartedly with Liz Jones. Kate Winslet is incredibly irritating, contradictory and hypocritical - endlessly harking on about how happy she is with her body and how she hates skinny Hollywood actresses and then morphing into one herself. And that Rodriguez dress was a dreadful choice - she looked cheap. To say, as she has, that she was 'grateful' to be asked to strip in her 30s speaks volumes for her vanity and her underlying insecurity.
- allie, hong kong

Some people would do anything for popularity and Kate Winslet seems to be among them. As this annoying woman is already approaching her mid-thirties (bad for the Hollywood jobmarket) the hype she creates about herself will soon come to its natural end anyhow. So don t despair.
- WildandWise, Germany

I agree with Liz Jones. La Winslet has, gone from being a lovely breath of fresh English air to a spoiled, hysterical American. She certainly knows how to ham it up, and not in a good way either. I would sympathise with Sam Mendes but I suspect he is just as much of a luvvie.
- Carol C, Bideford

'Our Kate', along with the use of 'Our' for all other UK people who have risen to the top, implies she is somehow thought of as a member of our collective family, and for that should be loved and backed unconditionally, praised, triumphed and forgiven, and that to not do so is somehow unpatriotic at best and contra-family at worst. Not all of us feel this way, and not all of us love her and her work.
- globaloyster, tunbridge wells UK

No give the most irritating to the Kneightly woman, this one just gets the Oscar for the best worst airbrushing! or Nepotism Oscar [would she be in any films except for her husband being the director]
- Les, Aberdeen

She is an example of the celeb wanting it all ways - she wants stardom and money, but she wants privacy for her children; she wants the Hollywood perks, but she wants to make out she's Mrs Ordinary you'd see down the pub. I can sum her up in two words - pretentious and fake. And all this sobbing at award ceremonies makes her seem self-obsessed to boot.

Let me enlighten you

The story: How the faceless and amoral world of cyberspace has created a deeply disturbing... generation SEX

Actually, feminism is mostly to blame for this entire situation. It has emasculated men to the point that they don't know how to be real men anymore. As such, their daughters are left in the lurch and go out seeking male attention elsewhere. Boys whose emasculated fathers have also failed them are at the ready to give it.
- Chris, Tuscon

To be sure, promiscuity is a problem. However, it is not just boys and their parents to blame. To blame also are the so-called "feminists" that now decry this "raunch culture" they helped to create! I am sorry, but either we accept traditional propriety or we do not. There is no room to pretend that we can accept radical reduction in gender roles and at the same time retain some decency. I am a proud married mother of three beautiful girls, and my daughters will not be raised to be anything other than ladylike. There is no "double-standard" here. Men should be gentlemanly, and women ladylike.
- Jane, Sheffield, UK

A lot changed in this world when Bill Clinton was running for office and all his other women came to light. Instead of making him a guy to not vote for, we just voted him in office where he used that office as his own private brothel. Young people's view of oral sex changed. It became common language along with common usage. How do you put the Genie back in the bottle?
- Grammy, Igo, California USA

Olivia, I couldn't agree more with your comments and thoughts. Excellent insight. One of my cousins had created an application form that anyone who wanted to date his daughter had to fill out (this was back when she was in high school). The daughter really enjoyed it, because it let her say no to anyone she didn't want to date and she could use her dad as a perfect excuse. It also made the boys THINK about why they wanted to date her in the first place.
- Steven Newman, Charlotte, North Carolina

Enough is certainly enough. Not a prude by any stretch of the imagination, but sex these days is like shaking hands was in my day. The thrill of the chase, the building exitement. Each little advance over the weeks and months even, was a moment to savour. Nowadays,by comparison, it is like having a gravy spotted menu, slapped down in front of you in a greasy spoon truck stop, by a fag smoking harridan! No thankyou. To the young ones of today, you think it is clever.Let me enlighten you. It isn't! You are demeaning and sullying one of the most truly special things in the human psyche. Your loss!
- Michael Henry, Dalian,China

Its the husband, fathers and Granfather that need to stand up and do something, but sadly too many of them are busy on there emails forwarding pictures, slide shows and videos.of this nature to each other. Something they have become all too comfortable with. My husband and I alway shared an email we had nothing to hide so never saw any problem with it, trouble was the men in his new job weren't aware of this fact..With in a few months of my husband being there my eyes were soon opened to what sending emails was all about to many men using the internet today. It seemed that one in every three emails contained some thing to do with sex or sexist jokes and some pretty extreme. In the end my husband and I talked about it and decide that the senders of this kind of email needed to be blocked not to mention once more that most were husbands, fathers and Granfather the very people who should be the pillars of our society and protectors of our daughters.''STOP FORWARDING AND RECEIVING'
- jilly, gosport hants

What do you expect? With TV shows like "Sex and the City", girls like Britney Spears and Paris Hilton exposing themselves everywhere, and Hollywood glorifying teen sex with absolutely no consequences for their actions, it's no wonder our young people are a mess. As a family counselor for over 25 years, I've seen moral depravity get worse and worse. God help the young people of this generation.
- Kathleen, Sacramento, CA

Excellent article. Perhaps the editors at the Mail will take a look at the last paragraph and have a good think about the advice: "it has to start with us, with how we behave, how we draw boundaries and what we put in our newspapers and magazines and on our television screens." If our media idolises those whose only talent is wearing very little, being sexually promiscuous and/or obsessively chasing fame/notoriety, is it any surprise that teenagers get the message that this is desirable and perfectly normal behaviour?

Lets see if you edit this out for PC reasons!

The story: After less than a week in office, Barack Obama's approval rating plunges 15 points

The caption: Oh, get a move on: Michelle Obama waits with apparent impatience as her husband attends to business on his first day in the Oval Office

The pose from the First Lady says it all ..... she treats the White House like the check out at Wal Mart.
- Dee, Chesapeake

I knew people would begin to see through him. Modernising schools indeed. What those kids really need is a stern talking to. And 'wind and solar power'? No wonder people are disillusioned. You can't run a country on a breeze and a bit of sunshine. It's time for America (and Britain) to build more coal power stations.
- The Quail, London

What Michelle is doing in the oval office while her husband is working ?
- Brimlen, Barcelona, Spain

What's this? The ray of sunshine Michelle Obama impatient because all eyes aren't on her? Never. She's proud of her country for the first time in her life remember? And she's probably hard at work on getting a salary for the position of First "Lady" as she has stated that it should be a paid post. She's an absolute delight!
- Jade, Vancouver, BC, Canada

People have seen the arrogance of the man it's in his walk and the way he stands.
- Robert Browne, liverpool England

Obama will be controlled by The New World Order team. These are already among his "selected" insiders. Do not expect great changes, the mans hands will be tied. There are far more powerful people in america than the president. I wish him well in his struggle.
- Mabs, Northants UK,

Not much on his desk is there!! Looks like the wife wants to go shopping!!
- BA, Coalville, Leicestershire

Lets see if you edit this out for PC reasons! Obama had my support until I discovered that one of the first acts that he did was to reinstate federal funding to organisations that want to facilitate the killing of its citizens. Yeah..family Planning - an oxymoron if ever there was one - is back in business in the good old U S A! Pro Choice as a movement should be hammered with the trades description act. There is NO choice unless you happen to agree with them! Real Choice is the same amount of money given to organisations, dollar for dollar, that want to encourage a girl to save her baby than the millions given to those whose "choice" is to kill it!
- fatzDomingo, Govan

Goodness me! One week in power and, unlike God, he has not created a new world in seven days. The BBC has let us down.
- Brian, Isle of Thanet

Nazi propaganda

The story: For richer or poorer: Why divorce makes men wealthier - but women are left worse off

Women do poorly out of divorce - do not make me laugh !!! Someone obviously forgot to tell Heather Mills she would be worse off after her divorce !! If divorce is such a bad deal economically for women why are 75% of divorces initiated by the wife ?? And, I suspect this "disadvantage" to the wife is not mentioned to them by their divorce lawyer.
- John Williamson, Birmingham

What a load of distorted rubbish, what a surprise it was written by a woman, this article has obviously been brought in to compensate for all the terrible things women are being proved of lately, false rape, Lying about a child's real father. Distorted statistics like this should be banned, it would not be hard to find some fact where women are always better off than a man under certain conditions.
- David, London

So they spend all the settlement chasing a taste of youthful excitement (often ending functioning, but boring, marriages in pursuit of a bad boy/ex-boyfriend) while not working - then wonder why they have no money. Is there nothing woman can do that's wrong?
- Dan, London

I assume this article is a joke. And that the 'survey' looking at mens incomes was firstly grossly selective, and secondly did not factor in deductions from mens income - like alimony and child support. Actually - it's not even worth arguing against. I'm just going to cut and paste it and keep it for future generations to learn by, like Nazi propaganda.
- mike, bristol

Who paid for this research and what were their reasons behind it? I suspect some "wimmins" group as clearly the "research" is unbelievable. How many women leave the home? A lot less than men. It is usually the woman who kicks out the man. Who gets custody of any children? Usually the woman. Where do the courts tell them to live but in the matrimonial home so as not to disrupt the children. I have known many, many divorced men and without exception they have ALL ended up out of pocket because not only do they have to keep up the mortgage on the matrimonial home they have been kicked out of but also have to pay rent or another mortgage on the property where they now live. THAT IS FACT!!!
- ian, Maidstone,

Harriet harman and Jaqui Smith will be over the moon with this report. It ticks all the right boxes. It appears ...inaccurate....biased ...selective...figures manipulated ....and best of all it makes men appear to be the evil, oppressive ,sexist perpetrating monsters that the two Ladies want to legislate out of existance. I bet one of these two unstable sisters propose a motion imposing an extra tax on divorced men...you heard it here first.....
- stu, newcastle

The more women moan about how unfair life is ,the more men will be reluctant to get married and will remain free. Thanks to whining feminists ,men will gain their freedom from marriage, family and responsibility.Bring it on!!!!

This may sound shallow

The story: Kate Winslet gets the Oprah seal of approval... for her 'very real breasts'

I'm sorry but those "very real breasts" don't look good!
- Sasha, London

Quite pert, but rather smaller than expected.
- Keith E., Southsea

Oh gosh what a shock to see them like that. I was expecting something beautiful, domed, luscious, sensuous (like mine, aged 58 and a former rampant breast feeder). Although in all other respects, I admit her looks are superior, so it's not envy.
- Kate, Vienna

If thats what kids do to your breasts no ta!!! And thats my prerogative so give me all the red arrows u like! They are gross.
- SHEILA, dublin

why is everyone soooo obsessed with women's breasts these days? in the good old days we didn't need to see the actor's breasts to enjoy the story - are they really relevant to the film - is it that necessary that we have to see kate winslett's breasts on film - will it add more depth and meaning to the film? I am abit disappointed - I would have thought she would have had classier looking breasts-What a disappointment! Best left to imagination in future I think.
- cathy, dublin

This may sound shallow - and I do not normally advocate plastic surgery - but if my breasts looked like that I think I would get some work done, especially if I had Kate's bank balance. Kudos to her for staying natural but that is not a good look and does not match the rest of her beautiful curves for which she is so famous.
- Stephanie, St Albans, England

She looks awful with out make up & her breasts are so saggy! shes only 33? mine look way better & i have breast feed my baby for a year & 10 yrs older than her!
- Jamie (ex-pat), Miami Beach

I can't tell you how much you made my day today by seeing Kate nude. She's 33....and I'm 55... my breasts (also all natural after two kids) are still full quite upright and very round, quite a bit different than Kate's! Thanks for making me feel on top of the world....can't wait to show this to my husband...
- Marie, Syracuse, USA

Oh Oh! why did she have to show those? yes good she is not into silicone, but must all non-silicons strip?
- David, Milton Keynes

Whew...as long as she has big O's seal of approval, the world can now continue to turn! Please!! You know Kate, maybe you should try keeping your clothes on once in awhile. You have small children who will one day see mummy running around naked with all sorts of men who aren't daddy. Won't they be proud!!???

Feminists are often ugly

The story: The frilly feminists: Uni students fighting to be beauty queen... and claiming it's their women's right amid a storm of protest

Just looking at the pictures that go with this article is rather telling. The entrants come across as happy, radiant, confident young women who don't look it the slighest bit "degraded" or "exploited". By contrast the banner wielding female protestors look like androgynous, smug, self-important types.
I have a sneaking suspicion that much of the "feminist" objection to this competition is actually born out of female jealousy more than anything else.
At the end of the day if a young lady wishes to compete in a competition of this nature then it is entirely her own affair. She does not have to answer to anyone other than herself. - Jack, Wolverhampton,

Feminists are fascists through and through. The reason they hate glamour models is because of male enjoyment. They hate men to have any sort of relationship with women (and visa versa) so they continue to drum up hatred in the name of 'misogyny'. They are the biggest hate-mongers in our culture by a mile.
- Bill, London

I notice that the women protesters are still vain enough to wear fashionable clothes and make up so they have lost all credibility there in my opinion. Why don't they go without make up and wear Chairman Mao style grey suits so that the world can judge them on their abilities and not their looks??
- Dave, Gloucester

The demonstrators should hire some pretty girls to campaign for them or do a spot of broadcasting on the radio..... I was unfortunate enough to be watching the news the other day when one of the demonstators was interviewed.... no wonder she was demonstrating, i would too if god had dealt me that hand.
- General Boulanger, London

It's what happens later that's the problem. The girls in the beauty contest will go on to have quiet, fulfilling, happy lives of family and love - the protesters will get involved in politics (Liebour or Liberal), education or social services. They can then force their hateful dystopia on us all.
The perfect piece of hypocrisy is from Jenny MacDonald, who complains about the protesters being called ugly and that this is why we need forced feminism - she then feels the burning need to point out 'for the record' that she is in fact 'slim and pretty'. Don't look for sense or consistency from these ladies. - Dan, London

Typical feminist groups, in one breath they say women can do whatever they want, in the next they demand that beauty pageant girls cease and desist immediately.. They really start to show their true colours when people start doing things they don't agree with... It's actually refreshing to know that beauty pageant girls have intelligence as well, unlike those non-university competitions such as Miss Universe, Miss America etc etc - James, London

haha, feminists are always moaning about one thing or another. As well as labour, feminists are another group of people this country could do without - Neil, Lake Constance

"Ruby Buckley, women's officer at LSE students' union, said the contest should be "eradicated for good""
Feminists are very keen on banning things, arent they? This kind of autrhoritarianism should make us suspicious right away.
I suspect that Ruby Buckley stands no chance of winning a beauty content and seeks political power.
She added "We come to university to be judged on academic ability and not on external characteristics".
The beauty content has got nothing to do with degree assessment. It is an after-hours activity. She makes it sound like girls must be pretty to get degrees. Is she lying or stupid? - Colin, London

What are the un-wanted yapping about. Either they are too ugly or undesirable to appear.
The girls have not been coerced, forced or blackmailed into appearing. They have appeared to show others that 'YES' we look like that, and you proberly could, with a little will power.
Therefore lets not be pressurised by the oppsite numbers into doing what they don't want!
Or should we return to the apperant victorian virgin values which this country is trying to shake off slowly.
When there's a male strip night lets see how many of the protesters are first at the door to get front row seats, for the close up? - A. Winsley, London England

If the protesters think it is degrading to women, they have the option not to attend. The contestants are gorgeous girls who just want to have fun and feel like princesses for one night, it's their right, I hope they have a blast. Women as a group have enough serious problems that deserve interest, but these pseudo-feminists seem to be only interested in finding an excuse for being fat and sloppy.- Anna, England

I dont see any stunners amongst the protesters. Is there a message here? - jim, Wirral,UK

As HL Mencken once said - "A misogynist is a man who hates women as much as they hate each other"
Whether the protesters like it or not, all men judge women on their appearance, to some degree.
They ALWAYS have and ALWAYS will. Its biological.
Protesting about it just makes them look silly and insecure. - Mike Gibby, Barrow in Furness

Bet most of the protesters have got smelly hairy armpits too.- cliff, rye, uk

Just look at the photo of the protesters. Not an angry face among them - every one of them beaming with delight at the national attention their little "protest" is giving them.
They're just as starstruck as the competitors! How times have changed. 30 years ago those girls would have looked furious - William, Manhattan, USA

Oh please! Who takes any notice of feminists anyhow? - Rigger, Western Australia

There's nothing wrong with being both pretty AND clever, and let's face it, the psychological studies show that good looking people get on in the world. It's not fair but that's how things are, especially for women. Despite Womens Lib, women now CHOOSE to be sex objects as they now realise that they can't change men's base instincts and that's what brings the money and the easy lifestyle they aspire to.
- Jean, Blackburn,Lancs

Feminists are often ugly. Why, it can't be jealousy, can it? No, of course not......
- RB, Aberdeen

In the past women like this gained a "reputation"

The story: Why so many educated, middle class women are now proud members of the One-Night Stand Generation

Caption: Predatory women: Britain now has the dubious honour of being the 'easiest' country on the planet with regards to sex

Metophorical a car (Woman) that has had many owners, lose a lot in value, however a driver (Man) that has had many experiences with car (Woman) is deemed wise.
Something to reflect on "ladies" not so many of them these days - Mike, Swinetwon

Who does she think will want to marry her when she is 40 years old, especially with a history of sexual diseases - constance greer, coeur d Alene usa,

Small wonder that the English women are known as the bicycles of the world if you have all levels of society having no qualms in adopting the horizontal position or any other for that matter.- john chambers, melton mowbray

The fact is that women like this are not good marriage material because they are unlikely to change if they do marry. Therefore, why make a long term commitment to someone who is unlikely to reciprocate. The cost in emotional and financial terms of divorce with the possible subsequent loss of home and children (of whom the paternity may be in doubt) is not a risk worth taking for any sensible male.
In the past women like this gained a "reputation". This is/was a way to warn other men of the potential consequences of making commitments to someone who might cause problems later.
The fact that women are behaving more like this and the high divorce rate is reflected in the lowest ever marriage rate recently recorded.
"Men will not commit" shriek the ladies and is it any wonder? Men who see what happens to friends/ fathers wisely decline.- John Smith, London

And these are the Mothers of tomorrow who will be expected (I hope) to teach their children morals ! & self respect. If they don't respect themselves they certainly won't respect others.- Joan McTigue, Middlesbrough Cleveland

Feminism should have taught these children to respect their bodies and, if Sex and the City was their bible, then education was wasted on them.
When they can't conceive because of STDs later, we'll hear them bleat and I'm sure their stories will earn them real respect at work and more promiscuous partners.
Sad and pathetic. - ZeZe, Middle East

I am a committed feminist, and strongly support this new found freedom for women.
I think its fantastic that we men no longer have to pretend that we respect a woman before having sex with her.
All the tedious lies and games of having to pretend that we aren't really interested in her for one reason only have been largely removed.
This situation makes it much easier for men to move on to the next available woman, thereby resulting in even greater detachment on our part.
And this relaxed culture will gradually cause even more women to "go with the flow" resulting a much more widespread availability of easy prey for predatory men.
Thank the Lord for "Sex and the City" !!
- Mike Gibby, Barrow in Furness

Has the Queen ever used her situation to insult Frankie Boyle publicly?

The story: Even as Russell Brand row raged, BBC 'comedians' were insulting the Queen

Just look at them in that photo, in their expensive jackets and haircuts. And look what paper they're reading! Says it all, really.
- Gemma, Essex

Has the Queen ever used her situation to insult Frankie Boyle publicly? She could have done if she wished. But she is an intelligent, well-behaved woman who would not dream of treating other people in this way. What gives Frankie Boyle the right to think it is all right for him to earn a living (from our licence money) by this terrible attack on Her Majesty. So many of our younger population think it is clever for them to be insulting forgetting that we older people could treat them the same - I do not think they would like it either. Another programme which should come off the air.
- Gill, Kent UK

30,000 complainants make it obvious to all but a fool and the BBC that the base filth they push out at ludicrous and unjustified cost has to stop immediately. The Director-General however takes a different view and after much thought has made it clear that he knows better than us. This new insult to The Queen is instant confirmation of the initial and ongoing error of his judgement. A way of correcting this unacceptable state of affairs is equally obvious but who sacks the Director-General and will there be anyone left capable of running the BBC?
- Andrew Waldron, Bournemouth

This is humour tailored for the tastes of the rapidly growing "happy-slapping" generation and its hangers-on of retards. Do we really need to feed this sickness?
- Ger, London, England

Disgraceful. The Queen can't answer back. This is another one to walk the plank...I'll write a complaint to the BBC right away. Thanks daily mail for bringing this to my attention
- Jacky Macguire, Ipswich, Suffolk

Highly offensive? Really? I thought the point of the quips was 'What the Queen didn't say'; surely they were just being honest then? This is the really funny bit: "David Davies, Tory MP for Monmouth, urged BBC viewers who were offended to hold off from paying their licence fee until the last possible moment in protest." What an awesome way to protest against the BBC!!! To pay your licence fee ALMOST not on time. Genius.
- Gabe Case, Belfast, N.Ireland

Straight from the pages of the Daily Mail

The column: Don't let the BNP fool us into turning them into martyrs
By Stephen Glover

I find it ironic that one of the only papers which highlights the flooding of the UK by immigrants seeks to put down the efforts of one of the only parties which wants to do something about it. If anyone takes the time to read its online manifesto, you would find policies that are almost straight from the pages of the Daily Mail. Where, then, is the evidence that they are a "vile and dangerous" organisation? This is the same kind of put-down used by the Left to surpress any opinion against the tragic direction in which this country is headed. It is a said truth that we live in such a state of fear these days of offending the Left that even bastions of the nation such as this paper need to continue to portray the BNP as a band of idiotic skinheads. As for the bodyguards of Nick Griffin, every day we read (again in this paper) of Asian and immigrant gangs on the rampage: who do you think is going to protect the likes of him and his family - the police?

Flaunting his arrogance even when walking the dog

The story: The scandal diet: A slimline Jonathan Ross finally comes out of hiding after prank call row

Her hair colour is horrible - clown-like - and somehow self-satisfied, as though she's saying "look how shocking I am with my shocking red hair". These peoples' egos are too much. Less of them, please.
- Emily, London

He seems to be still flaunting his arrogance even when walking the dog. One can but hope that the BBC have the guts to terminate his employment and he has to actually commence earning a living for once in his life.
- Pip Waller, North Yorkshire,

Hmmm! Who goes walking their dog in carefully co-ordinated shirt and trousers, neatly contrasted with a tailored jacket, looking suitably contrite??? I smell a deliberately orchestrated photo opportunity. Trouble is, leopards don't change their spots - Jonathan Ross remains a foul-mouthed, potty-humoured twit.
- Marian, Montpellier, France

He looks very smug to me.
- Glenda, Ammanford.

Only people who are desperate for attention would dye their hair that colour -
- Leighton, Newport

I wished him good riddance but was sad to see the BBC keep him on their books. Let them send him to BB3 or BBC4 where all odd ball programmes should be scheduled.
- Beth, Derby

You vicious old cows

The story: Why women become LESS bitchy as they get older (and yes, it's to do with men)

I find women very difficult to work with both young and old. They have very destructive emotions towards other women and strangely enough, I don't see them giving the men in the office half as much trouble. Most of them have no concept of how others see them. They think they are perfect ladies, but make extremely cruel, bitchy or subtle insults leaving you confused and disoriented the rest of the shift...impeding productivity. And don't think you can play tit for tat ...they would only run to the breakroom telling the others just how mean you were for making that remark! They can be set off emotionally at the drop of a hat blurring the lines of mental illness and PMS. They are absolute monsters, and I just pray for the day scientists, with the advances in technology, will somehow relieve us of all the drudgery and misery.
- Jennifer, Texas

What rubbish! Older women are the worst, the bitchiest, the most bitter, especially the ones who have been divorced and can't find a new man. The only non-bitchy older woman I have met were ones who were still married and have a balance between private life and work.
- Jo, Los Angeles

Women certainly change their attitudes as they get older when they realise that they are no longer attractive to men. They lose a lot of power, so are probably desperate for female friends.
- Ricky T, Camberwell,

The best thing to do with women of any age is leave them on the shelf.
- Peter, Warrington

Sorry but I've found that the nastiest old bags in EVERY office I've had the misfortune to work in are the older ones. Menopausal old bitches who loathe younger, happier women. What is this "motherly" streak you talk about? Do you mean "patronising"? I can always tell a woman's age in the office no matter how young she looks like by her spiteful, hateful attitude. Presumably "sisterhood" flies out the window when you're hurtling over the hill you vicious old cows!
- DarkBlueConservative, Leicester

Maybe it is not entirely age related, most females seem to have a propensity for bitchyness that is enhanced with hormonal changes, PMT etc. As they use the emotional side of their brains, logic is often replaced with aggression, hatred, low self esteem etc. Not always very attractive. What do I know, I am only a bloke!
- Marcus, Wiltshire

bossy, demanding and bitchy, this is just how mother nature made them. Women are hard work by nature, thats why men tended to have multiple mates, until Church decided to make it easier for women to have one mate / husband. Thankfully, nowadays men can get multiple partners and don't have to stick around for any length of time.
- Mike, Swinetown

Im only 22 but in my experience its women that are the most ghastly work colleages you could ever wish to have. Bitchiness rules supreme as they have the weapon of sexism to throw at any man that questions them. I think its about time modern women stopped thinking about themselves and appreciate what men have done for them in the past. who fought the wars and died??

What message does it send to our children?

The story: Was crashing a truck into a wall at 56mph REALLY such a bright idea, Mr Clarkson?

This "man" is a complete bore. He's as desperate in his own desire to come across as uber-masculine as the idiot females who walk around half dressed and think stupidity is endearing. The human race certainly produces some insecure people.
- Beeper, Rothley

I still think he would make a great MP.
- D, Cumbria

I've no sympathy for this overpaid cretin. Top Gear is a loathsome programme whose only purpose is to enable overgrown schoolboys to indulge their pathetic egos at the licence fee payers' expense. It serves no useful function for the average motorist, and should be taken off.
- CT, Staffs.

i used to like this guy, (along with Brand and Ross to some extent), but what the heck is he/they on , do they all think they have become invincible , untouchable ?, he couldnt do a truck drivers job if he tried, in fact he probably couldnt do any sort of real job in the real world at all. All products of overawed, overpaid , Uk society
- pete, b'ham uk

Females don't generally like him and men think he has a dream job. These are the only 2 reasons why people always give Clarkson hell over the things he chooses to do. Clarkson for Prime Minister.
- Adam Hollos, Bradford

Entertaining for adults but what message does it send to our children?

Way to go, Austria

The story: Austria races to the Right as nearly a third of voters back the extremists

Way to go, Austria and who cares what the rest of spineless Europe thinks!
- mike randall, worcester england

The same will happen here, the far left have ruined this once great country with their twisted Marxist agenda. Time for common sense to prevail - and it will.
- Bob, North Yorkshire

It is happening here as well but the lies of the media will not report it because the lefty idiots are afraid of losing their jobs.Don't you realise that you will anyway when a decent party gets into power unless you get yourselves sorted and report what you actually believe deep down in your hearts.
- Al, St.Helens GREAT BRITAIN

Good news. This is just a part of the revulsion the native people of Western Europe are feeling to mass immigration. In the UK too people are at last starting to resist this invasion despite the propaganda campaign waged by the PC elite that rule us.
- Mark, Chorley, UK

This is absolutely brilliant. Finally the tide has turned. Clearly their people have had enough of the Oppression from the usual suspects.

The 'Sisterhood' is upheld by the brainwashing of impressionable 16 year olds

The story: 'Botoxed' Amanda Burton slams celebrity culture for making women feel inferior

Spare us all. Yet another aging, vacuous actress complaining about how tough and unfair society is to older woman. She needs to accept her husband has moved on,be grateful that she has had an ok career and be thankful that she has got her wealth and her health which many in today's society do not have.
- Cameron, London

What goes around, comes around. The 'Sisterhood' is upheld by the brainwashing of impressionable 16 year olds in their English Lit classes (and other areas of life such as Women's magazines) by promoting feminist extremism. These girls are also vulnerable (as are boys) to the promotion of the 'perfect body' etc. You can't have it both ways. Get over it, women aren't oppressed as you all would like to be. Note magazines such as Zoo or Nuts are now meant to be put on the top shelf - yet it's fine for a Mag. called 'Men's Health' to be on a normal shelf showing a half naked man with a six pack that only results from exercise at the level of a professional athlete or from taking (ball shrinking) harmful drugs such as steroids.
- Simon, York

Amanda Burton made a lot of women feel bad about themselves when she played the female forensic detective. she plays this female personna thats all stupid little sighs, and wanders around like some 1940s icon in slow motion. Fluttering her eyelids in slow motion made a lot of women feel very sick. She is totally unbelievable and false when she acts a role. Her actions defies her opinions and her acting personna is an insult to real women.
- elizabeth Greco, Walmer

Typical old woman, they whine when the hubby trades for younger woman, but if she had spent more time being a younger woman instead of tied up to old women thoughts/actions/living, then she would have been worth keeping. Just because women are getting older, does not mean that they have to act it and there is nothing wrong with trying to stay young beautiful. Nothing wrong with fighting age.
- Jack Kennedy, NYC

Does it really matter, she looks amazing for 51!!!!!!
